We are committed to delivering a seamless experience from purchase to delivery — with fairness and care in our return policy.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping options and timelines are available at checkout.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

2. International Orders

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check local import policies before purchasing.

3. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery on eligible products. Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Accompanied by any certificates or documentation

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without original packaging or authenticity materials

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked and insured method.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
